Clean and comfortable rooms. the kitchen was equipped with all essential items. the motel is situated in a convenient location, close to restaurants and shops. the staff was friendly and accommodating. A bonus was the quietness of the rooms, which made sleeping easy. the breakfast was not up to expectations and was a bit pricy. the lack of free internet service and the allowance of only one device per NZD7.00 were inconvenience and a downside. Nonetheless, overall experience was satisfactory.

The location of the motel was convenient, being situated on a main route. the room was huge and great for families with children. the unit had a well, equipped kitchen and very tidy bathroom. the accommodating staff provided excellent customer service with friendly check, in and out. the pool and trampoline on site were perfect for children's entertainment and great value for money.

No complimentary wi, fi service was available, and the internet access cards were expensive.

Our New Year's stay was great! The room was very spacious and super clean, with fresh and modern amenities that made us feel right at home. Plus, the location was very convenient - close to gardens and playgrounds that we could easily walk to. We loved being able to enjoy the immaculate pool and the amazing water pressure in the shower.

That the instructions on how to connect our phone to the TV were not clear, making it difficult for us to enjoy a movie night. It would have been helpful to have some technical support available.
